Veterinarian Associate

Muddy Creek Animal Care Center is seeking a full-time veterinary associate to join its prestigious team. We are located in the quintessentially New England town of Rowley, MA. We are located 30 minutes north of Boston and only minutes from local beaches, iconic Newburyport, and Plum Island. The area offers dining, kayaking, boating and fishing, and easy access to the mountains of central and northern New England.

Our small animal hospital is open 7 days a week and offers full-service general veterinary care, surgery, and dentistry. We are eager to add a team player with excellent communication skills and a great work ethic. Client Care Specialist

Muddy Creek Animal Care Center is looking for a Client Care Specialist to join our team.  We are a high quality, multi-doctor, full-service hospital.  Our hospital boasts an enjoyable working environment with great leadership and excellent support staff. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule however, rotating evening, Saturday and Sunday shifts will be required.

This position is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is clean and presentable at all times.

Candidates must have excellent skills in the following areas: client service, sales, communication, and multi-tasking. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, outgoing personality, a high level of computer proficiency and exceptional telephone communication ability. Most importantly, applicants must be team players who enjoy working as part of a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment. Priority will be given to applicants with experience working in a veterinary hospital.

Pet Care Attendant

Muddy Creek Animal Care Center  is looking for a full ­time Pet Care Attendant to join our team. This is a full ­time position with a flexible schedule pet care hours will include nights and weekends. Duties may include walking dogs (both hospitalized and boarding), cleaning dog runs/cages and cat cages (in both the kennel and hospital areas), feeding pets in the kennel, multiple shifts a week at our doggy day camp and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kennel area.

Candidates must also possess excellent customer service and communication skills. This position requires a responsible individual who is capable of working independently and candidates must have experience in a customer service environment. A caring and compassionate attitude is required of all members of our team.
